Hi, I'm Sarah, and I'm the person behind Gluten Free Gems.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease early in 2023, and it was a major turning point in my life. I had to give up my favorite foods, including bread, pasta, and pizza. But I was determined to find a way to still enjoy delicious baked goods.

I started experimenting with gluten-free flours and recipes, and I was surprised to find that I was able to find and make baked goods that were just as delicious as gluten-filled treats.

I want to show people that gluten-free can be just as delicious as traditional baking. I also want to show people that they can still enjoy all of their favorite foods, even if they have celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
